Qemmal tengah google tempat makan menarik di Bukit Bintang dan terserempak dengan satu keluhan makanan mahal tak kena tempat. So it reminds me to my own experience few weeks ago at Pavilion food court.
Every week mama and I will have a mother-daughter moment and few weeks back we have our lunch at Pavilion food court. It was our second time dining there.
Pusing punya pusing food court, I end up at a stall that serve nasi berlauk. Looking at the various selection of lauk, I choose terung sambal, tauhu telur, paru (which keras gile), nasi putih and sambal belacan.
I told the waitress to put just small amount of each lauk. Knowing myself, I will end up wasting the food if I ask for normal portion. So that's my lunch of the day.
The price for my plate was RM8.90!
Mama and I had a glance at each other before made the payment.
I kept complaining to Adik because his sizzling yee mee was cheaper, in a bigger portion and delicious.
"Along takkan beli kat kedai tu dah!" I said to Adik.
By the way, if I'm not mistaken, ada dua kedai jual nasi berlauk kat food court tu so tak ingat dah yang mana satu qemmal beli that day :P
Memang la Pavilion tempat orang kaya-kaya shopping tapi food court pun nak taraf orang kaya-kaya jugak ke? Baik makan Pizza Hut bak kata mama :P
So that was my experience on unreasonable price that I had to pay for a single plate. Tak sedap some more tu lagi tambah rasa tak puas ati. Huhu.
