DIGI wants us to share our views.
If this is the chance to speak up and be heard, why not?
Eventho' the chance to win the cash is not for me
(because I'm not using DIGI anymore),
I still want to speak!
Since I was in my first year of my bachelor degree in USM,
the taxi drivers in Penang didn't use the meter in their taxi.
The meter is there, but they didn't on it, or they hide it.
In my observation, ALL taxi driver use the fixed price to the passengers.
They had dicuss and set the price based on where is your destination.
It is ok if the price is reasonable, but it's not!
It's 'cekik darah'!
I don't know whether at other place the same thing happens, but not in Gombak.
Taxi driver's in Gombak still using meters.
And I respect them!
Situation A :
KL, From LRT Gombak to my home is RM6+-.
Penang, from Sg.Nibong to my place in Bt Uban cost me RM12!
Where the distance in situation A is nearer from situation B.
Please, do something for us!
I hope that this won't last long.
Many of us love to take public transport, but if this thing happens continuously,
say goodbye to taxi!
