my diet plan

i love my body
and i perharps i can stick like this.
but,refering to my daily schedule now,
i think i might be bigger..
like before..
i was fat before,when i was in secondary.

my daily schedule
---------------------
wake up
class(9-5)
lunch
back home
dinner
sleep

so in order to keep my body like this,
i have to diet.
it may not healthy..
but i need to.huahuahua..

my plan is..
  • SKIP LUNCH MONDAY to THURSDAY.
ok tak?
FRIDAY? -> its girls day..
lucnh+window shopping is ok.

  • no SOFTDRINKS..
hopefully its working,i dont want to gain weight :(
its a nightmare!

Good luck dear.
it's okey for u to skip lunch SOMETIMES.
but for a week, it doesn't sounds good. U eat la dear, tapi sikit2 je. Jgn skip terus. Nnt sakit.

thanks.but i oledi broke my plan.
i minum softdrink tanpa menyedari telah melanggar diet plan.
wakaka..
